The Churchtown Pipe Band were honoured to be asked to lead this years St. Patrick's Day Parade in Athy. Our two new members Jennifer and Joe performed exceptionally well. The band also featured on RTE News on their feature on major parades around the country. With over 40 floats taking part the Athy parade continues to attract huge crowds. Congratulations to the Athy Promoters Group who ensure the parade takes place each year and to Ger Kelly who works tirelessly preparing the parade and ensuring all goes to plan on the day.
